Huge Win Off the Track: Latrobe Speedway Family Raises Nearly $1,000 for Heroes Never Alone Inc.!
While the action on the track was spectacular, the biggest victory of the weekend happened in the grandstands. We want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who donated beautiful gift baskets and to every single fan who purchased raffle tickets. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised nearly $1,000 to support our friends at Heroes Never Alone Inc.!
Based right here in Westmoreland County, Heroes Never Alone Inc. does life-changing work for our local veterans—including building handicap-accessible affordable housing, hosting peer-to-peer PTSD support groups, providing food security through their “Rucksack Rations” program, and pairing veterans with trained service dogs.

Latrobe Speedway Beats the Rain: Drivers Rave Over Massive Track Upgrades!
After two frustrating weeks of rainouts, the engines finally roared to life this past weekend at Latrobe Speedway. Drivers were treated to a completely transformed, high-speed 1/2-mile oval, and the racing did not disappoint. Victory Lane was filled with praise for the SNB Promotions crew, who put in endless hours of hard work to make the surface wider, smoother, and more racy than ever before.
According to SNB Promoter Dennis Bates, the facility underwent a massive widening project, including a dramatic transformation in Turn 3, which was blown out from 58 feet to a whopping 90 feet wide. The modifications paid off immediately, delivering intense, multi-groove racing across every single division.
