LATROBE SPEEDWAY AUGUST 26 PREVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

LATROBE, PA (August 23, 2023)\u00a0<\/strong>After a successful “Ron Compton Memorial on Joe’s Body & Towing Night,” Latrobe Speedway returns to action on Saturday night (August 26) with the “Bob Sears Memorial” for the Joe’s Body & Towing Pure Stocks.<\/p>\n

Please join us and his family as we celebrate the life of Bob Sears in a Memorial Race worth $3,000 to one lucky Joe’s Body & Towing Pure Stock Driver. There will be $100 for the Fast Qualifier and $100 for Hard Charger. We will utilize Latrobe Speedway Rules for Joe’s Body & Towing Pure Stocks, and no minimum races are required. Please check the Pure Stock rules at\u00a0www.latrobemotorsports.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Also, it is the final points night for K2 Engineering Crate Late Models and Special T Metals LLC. Modified 4 Cylinders (Double Points for both divisions).<\/p>\n

Going into the final night of points in the K2 Engineering Crate Late Models, Michael Duritsky (280) leads Ryan Frazee (271) by 9 points, Marino Angelicchio has 256, Jeff Ferguson with 250, and Troy Shields sits in fifth with 246.<\/p>\n

In the Special T Metals LLC Modified 4 Cylinders, Colton McNaney sits with 301 points, Paul Koffler III has 249, Jeremy Grubbs has 244, and Tifani McElhose has 224, fifth is Chris Meyers with 211.<\/p>\n

Other divisions include the Wisneski Waste Removal Penn Ohio Pro Stocks and Dean Pollock Hobby Stocks.<\/p>\n

General Admission prices; Adults: $15, Seniors: $12, Military: $12, Kids 7-11: $10, and Kids 6 and under are always free.<\/p>\n

PIT Gate prices; Adults:$35, and Youth: $20.<\/p>\n

PIT Gates open at 4 p.m., the Grandstands at 5 p.m., and FAST-FIVE Racing at 7.<\/p>\n

SAVE THE DATES: Saturday, September 2, Fan Appreciation Night and the Bill Koerber Memorial $1,375 to win the Joe’s Body & Towing Pure Stock feature. Saturday, September 9, it’s the return of Full Pull Productions Truck and Tractor Pull. Then on Saturday, September 16, the 2nd Annual Jeffery Vasos Memorial for the 4 Cylinders.<\/p>\n
