THREAT OF SEVERE WEATHER CANCELS SATURDAY, AUGUST 12 PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n

LATROBE, PA (AUGUST 12, 2023)\u00a0<\/strong>Latrobe Speedway Officials made the call to cancel the Bill Koeber Memorial and, for the third time, Fan Appreciation Night. It is the eighth rainout of the season.<\/p>\n

All forecasters predict severe weather late this afternoon and evening with the threat of Straight Line winds, possible Tornadoes, and rain, so it was out of an abundance of caution that tonight’s program was canceled.<\/p>\n

Track management is reviewing the remaining dates available to reschedule Fan Appreciation Night for the fourth time. We realize how important the night is for the fans and drivers. We love it too!<\/p>\n

Join us on\u00a0Saturday, August 19,\u00a0<\/strong>for the Joe’s Auto Body & Towing Night at the Races, Pure Stock Challenge, $2,500 to win, and the 2nd Annual Ron Compton Memorial for Crate Late Models (lap money being added). Also on the card will be the Bower’s Farms RaceSaver 305 Sprint Cars, the Special T Metals LLC Modified 4 Cylinders, and the Wisneski’s Waste Removal Penn-Ohio Pro Stocks.<\/p>\n
